Photosmart 5510 - When scanning a document, the scanned document is slightly tilted

When I scan a document with my Photosmart 5510, the saved copy appears to be slightly tilted.  I suspect the scan head is not aligned properly with the scanning glass as I have placed the document properly on the scanning glass.

 

Any thoughts?
