I keep receiving msg to 'activate' Scan to Compter via printer software.. Well, I've tried that several times. Is there a FIX for this problem?? My husband even tried to uninstall the program so we can reinstall but it will not let us? We've done uninstalls before so know how to do this. C'Mon HP Help Desk... we all need some answers. (Looks like a ton of people out there are having the same problems with the Scanner). The printer part is working fine and so is the Touch Smart Screen but we just can't seem to get the 'Scan Program' to recognize the computer or visa versa....
Again, Computer is not listed as an available computer on the printer’s control panel... Even tried shutting down printer and turning back on. All cables are connected, etc. I may go back to Canon.
