Printing in black & white

Cannot get printer to not print in color, even with black & white checked in printer options.

Without knowing what model or type of printer you own try this.

Try under printing preferences, select advanced tab, see printer features, it should show this:

"print all text as black: Enabled" - if it says "disabled" (it is highlighted) then click on it, there is a drop down menu to select either enabled or disabled.
