Officejet 8600

Hello, I am scanning pictures using Officejet 8600 directly to a Memory Drive, choosing JPEG Color as the document type.  It worked great for the first four pictures.
The next ones that I scanned were saved as if it scanned the entire white screen, 8.5 x 11, and my picture was in the top corner.  When you opened the file it shows the picture as if it's less than a quarter of a one page document.
I have not done anything different than I did on the first four pictures.  Help please.

@Patw3b

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service.

As I Understand you are having trouble scanning to a memory device,

No worries as I'd love to help, however, I need a few more details to provide an accurate solution:

Did you ensure the memory card you have is supported by the computer/printer?

Did you check your User guide for details and settings to scan to a memory card?

If you haven't done that yet, here's all you need to know:

Click here to view the User Guide with all the steps (under Page.48) that helps with Scanning to a Memory device.

If you need to confirm the compatibility of your memory cards, check this HP Article: Click here

Let me know how that pans out,

Feel free to post your query for any other assistance as well,

It's been a pleasure interacting with you and I hope you have a good day ahead.
