Problem with scan in Solution Center (HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One)

Hello, everyone!

 

I have a HP Officejet 6310 All-in-One and I have a problem with scanning in the Solution Center(Vista x32).
It doesn't work Show Preview . Preview window scan is missing, the scan does not work.
The scanner works fine without this option, so I guess that this is bug in the application.
I tried to reinstall the drivers and software, but it could not change.
Do you know what the problem is and do you help me?

Hi,

Please clarify your intention by The scanner works fine without this option.

Are you able to scan while disabling the Preview option?

 

If so, I would mostly suspect the display settings of your PC, I would recommend you to verify the DPI settings and check for any change:

 

Make sure the DPI Settings are set as normal (100%). The HP Software supports 100% DPI only
Enter the Control Panel
Now type Adjust font size in the search box. It will take you directly to the link for the DPI Scaling Utility. 
Click on 96 DPI which is normal font size
Reboot your PC and try scanning with preview again,

 

If i misunderstood your original intention, please clarify what error you may see - is there any specific error message or unique behavior?
