When I first set up my C310a and tried to scan from the printer to a computer, I got a choice of apps on my iMac to scan to. After I set up a Windows pc to print to the same printer, the printer would no longer give me that option. I got the error message that told me to try to scan from the computer.
I don't understand what happened. At first, I could scan to iPhoto, the scan app on the Mac. It seems as if the Windows support software screwed up the scanning procedure.
I tried resetting the printer to factory default settings, but that didn't change anything.
Any ideas appreciated.
