Hello,
I have been spending 2 days trying to install the 64 bit version driver/software for my Officejet J6480 All-In-One printer. I finally have a successful download that shows as connected and now prints. I think if I install the USB software too, it may have created the connectivity problems I had before. I also have a D7560 Photosmart printer to re-install. So, I'd like to fix the scan problems with the wireless connection. I have done everything in Customer Care including the Scan Doctor, which said there was an error w/ the driver, but there seems to be no other options. I've unpluged both the printer and the router and restarted my computer, I've tried the Network Wizard on the printer itself, and other things that I can't remember now. Please advise me as what I can do.
Linda

You mention that you're trying to install a 64bit version of a driver set for your printer.
What version of Windows are you operating on?
If my post helped you in any way, please click the blue KUDOS star under my name! It would mean a great deal.
