Scan feature did not download. Wireless printer works fine.

I have a netbook which my 6500a printer is working fine wirelessly however, I can not get the scan feature to download.

What OS and what version of it are you running on your netbook?

 

How much RAM and what kind of processor do you have on your netbook?
