Note: From May 1, 2024, the HP Scan and Capture app will no longer be available (retired) in the Microsoft Store and HP will not release any further app updates. We would like to share some of the most frequently asked questions about HP Solution Center not working : Adobe Flash Player Error and Unable to Scan.
HP Recommended
HP Officejet Pro 8610
Mac OS X 10.8 Mountain Lion

Not a computer, wireless or network issues.

 

On printer local panel: Scan > Memory Decive > Message : "The use of memory device has been disable.  Contact Network Administrator......"

 

This occurs with or without USB drive (memory-device) inserted in slot.

 

This did not occur, prior to the firmware upgrade that I did a few days back. Wish I had not upgraded.

 

Any tips would be appreciated.  Thank you.
