Scanjet 4370 question

Just tried to download the software for my HP Scanjet 4370 scanner and it doesn't work with Windows Vista. Is

there a way to get it to work?

So that I understand - you downloaded the software from the Web page on hp.com that is for the 3970 and Vista and it doesn't work?  Could you tell me exactly what happens?  Does it install?
