Scanner not working on C4280

I'm using a mac 10.6.8, my all in one is C4280. All the functions work except the scanner.

Thanks for your post and sorry to hear about your issue. Here is a support document that will walk you through the troubleshooting steps that are necessary. Be sure to select OS X 10.6 since that is the proper operating system you are using.
