Scanner will not copy to the scan file on my computer.

I have a hp Officejet J3680 all in one.  I have to keep uninstalling and then reinstalling the total printer onto my computer.

 

I then scan and hit finish.  I look in my scan folder on my computer but it is not there.  I do put which folder I want it to go into but when I look it's not there.  I also tried to use the diagnose the scanner and it keeps saying that there is a problem I then uninstall it and then reinstall it again.  I need some suggestions as to what to try next.  I noticed that it my computer says something about drivers being unknown.
