Scanning multiple pages from my feeder tray does not work. HP Product Assistant file missing!!!!

My Error message wants me to load the missing file from a disk, the only disk I have is from my Printer originally and that fiile is not on it. I have unistalled and reinstalled the printer at least 8 times in the last week. Scanner works good for one run then fails.

Hi Macolson,

 

Please provide additional details.

1. Problem Description
2. Printer Model
3. Operating System (including service pack revision)
4. Connection Method - USB, Hardwired LAN, Wireless?
5. Error messages - on printer screen and/or computer, any blinking light patterns.
