I used EFax briefly a while back and discontinued the service. Now I purchased a HP Envy 110 printer which included 20 free EFaxes per month. I am trying to activate the EFax account on the printer and I need the EFax number I had previously used with EFax which I did not keep a record of. When I enter my email address in the EFax login page saying I forgot my EFax number I expect to get an email and I have not. I posted question to EFax support and they said to contact HP Support

Hi houserdad,
This followup is a long time after the post, but here it is for what it's worth.
If you have an existing eFax account, you can use it with your printer. However the 20 free eFaxes per month are tied to the type of eFax account when setup through your printer. It could be better to discard the previous account and setup an account up from scratch through the front panel of the printer.
To use eFax, you have to turn on ePrint if you have not yet done so.

Hi punjabi,
I looked up the specifications on your printer. From what is listed, your model does not support faxing.
