The copy button makes me black inked steaks all over the page, no copy of words...

HP Photosmart 6510 e-All-In-One-Series Printer makes copies that are nothing more than different sized streaks of black steaks down the page....looks like the bars of a URL code all down the page....Please help me.

Hello LlBreeze

 

Are the black streaks horrizontal or vertical? Does the same thing happen when you try to scan as well? The following article should help to resolve your issue. Please let me know if anything changes.
