Urgent : Unable to Scan a Picture Below 1.5cm high

We are Using HP Laser Jet M1120 MFP Model . Just I required to Scan my Signature Size 3.5 CM X 1.5 CM. This size is Must.& File Size should be 10-20 KB. I Can's Scan In this configuration. I Need Help. It's Urgent.
