WIA drivers need to Officejet J4580 All-in-One

Old operating system window XP now have windows 7 can't get my scanner or fax to work do I need to upgrade my WIA drivers? I tried to update my drivers but it comes up "error" can not complete. What am I doing wrong?

Please help what can I do to make my all in one work?

How are you connecting the printer to the computer?

 

Did you install the printer's software?

 

What problems are you having with the fax feature?
