Where is the HP Scan SW for the OJ 7500?

I've got an OJ 7500 AIO that scans fine through Windows, but not through the HP software.  The Scan Diagnostic Utility says everything is okay but that the HP Scan software is missing.  If you try to delete the driver and SW and reinstall, the HP Scan SW does not install.

 

What is the fix for this?

 

PC is running Windows XP.
