Whenever I try to photocopy something my printer always prints a self test report page. The error code is 0.But why is it even printing this page again and again. Why is it not photocopying properly. In the self test report page it is printing some ''page count : 52",PCL default symbol set:341, T val :392,error code : 0.

Hi pankaj2289,
Do you have a printed self test page on the scanner glass when you press the copy buttons?

Hi pankaj2289,
Uninstall the printer, and then reinstall using the current version from the link below.
