Win 7 Scan to PDF upon saving file doesnt keep permissions of Parent Folder

When using the HP scan software on a WIndows 7 OS, the file created and then saved to the folder that is setup to share with everyone on network, actually ignores any and all sharing permissions upon saving. this forces me to have to manually on every scan re setup the file to be shared with permissions i have already setup in the Parent Folder.

 

here is what it is NOT.

 

it is not a windows 7 issue, because the Parent Folder is setup to automatically use same permissions on all its children folders/files i.e anything put into the Parent folder gets the same permissions automatially.

 

numerous calls to pros tell me they have had the same issue come up and they confirm with me that it is not window 7 but the printer scan tool.

 

my question is that is there any way to resolve this problem without trying to convince HP that its there software and wait for them to maybe/most likely not fix their software issue.

 

helpm im tired of every time i scan (2-10 times a day) to have to change permissions on every single file created thru this scan feature.
