It's very easy... just turn the size of the text to 100% again....

Perfect... thanks for the tip... Just change the font size to 100% again... latelly you can change to another X% and it will be ok too...

I am having this same problem, but, I don't understand your fix.  Are you doing thought the display setup?  Are you doing it though the HP Software setup? Can you give me more information on how you fixed this?  I really need to use my scanner! :smileyhappy:

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WHY COULDN'T HP SUPPORT TELL ME THE FIX? THEY TOLD ME TO BUY A NEW PRINTER SCANNER.

 

I HAVE A 7410 ALL IN ONE. IT WORKS JUST FINE. IT'S THE SOFTWARE THAT KEEPS COUSING TH ISSUES.

To change the DPI Setting in Windows 7, right-click on your desktop.  Select 'Personalise'.  Click 'Display' on left (under 'See also').  Under Calibrate Colour select 'Smaller  - 100%'.  You are currently probably set to 'Medium - 125% (default).  Click Apply.  It will then prompt to log off to apply settings.

I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT CHANGING THE DPI FROM 125% (default) TO 100% (smaller) SOLVED THIS FOR ME!
