Windows7 multi-page scan error from 7410 all-in-one

I have the same problem.  Has a fix been identified?

HP doesn't care about us and if they did, it would have been fixed by now.  Windows 7 has caused many problems with my  7410.  I've had my computer guy so many times to my home and still nothing.  My HP 9800 is the same.  My wife has XP and her's works great.  It's the 7 causing problems.

They do not read this...if they did, something would get done.  Plus, maybe they don't care.  I have 4 7410xi printers and that doesn't mean anything either.
