c6280 will not respond to buttons on panel, can control with solution center (64 Views)

c6280 will not respond to buttons on panel, can control with solution center

The only button that works is the OK button, when I press it I get a printout of the extended self diagnostic page. Since the power button won't work I have unplugged it and plugged back in with no change. We had a storm recently with lightning and power flashed off and back on. Nothing else was affected.
