When I scan it tells me that my scanned images sent to destination client. I don't know what this means nor can I find my scanned documents on my computer.

Hello LMSmith,
Welcome to the HP Forums, thank you for posting your question.

To get a better understanding of your issue, what is the printer that you are using? Finding Your HP Product Model Number
When you scan is this from the computer or the printer itself?
If its from the computer, what's the operating system?
Mac - Finding your OS X version and build information
Windows - Which Windows operating system am I running?

This will help with determining where the scans are going on the computer, and what the "destination client" is.

I look foward to hearing back from you.

I worked on behalf of HP.
