eFax will nolonger honor my HP registration of 20 free faxes per month. WHY?

I purchased a Photosmart 7510 last month and signed up for the 20 free faxes per month.

Now I am unable to use the fax number assigned unless I buy the full service.

I have never gotten close to using 20 faxes per month.

Can HP reinstate the promised service?

The suggested ...FREEHELP@mail.efax.com ...does not exist.

Has the service in fact been discontinued?
