Same message/problem overhere in the Netherlands. Tried it all before without any luck. Envy 110 a. Already contacted HP helpdesk in the Netherlands but the only thing they could do was referring me to www.efax.nl. Cannot find any info overthere to solve my problem.

Hi jredburg,
Try disconnecting the printer from the network. Turn the printer off for about 1 to 3 minutes, and then turn it back on and get it connected back to your network. Check to see if you can then register efax from the front panel.

Hi,
I just purchased a 7510 (c311a) today and when I went to setup an eFax account from the printer screen, there is no 'Fax' option to select to start the registration process.
There is a 'photo' option, 'copy' option and 'scan' option but no 'fax' option.
Where do I go from here? I am in Australia and I know the eFax service is available here.
Thanks for any advice.

Hi TerryJ,
The efax icon should be to the right of scan icon. If you don't have this icon on the front panel of the printer run the product update from the web services icon at top left of screen.
1. Web Services Icon
2. Settings
3. Product Updates

Hi TerryJ,
What region are you located?
I will have to check to see if efax is supported in your region.
