Hi Pcwizard, were you able to help TerrJ out in the end? I'm facing the same issue myself where I do not have the efax icon either...

Hi wongp,

What region are you located?

I will have to check to see if efax is supported in your region.

I've bought my 7510 printer from the HP Hong Kong online store last week, If my region is not suppoprted what are my fax options then? Does it mean I have to return my product to the HP office for a different model?

I won't mind paying efax to subscribe to the full service to get the efaxing ability (if my region was not supported because the 20 pages efax send/recv free option was the original issue).

Hi wongp,

The efax icon should be to the right of scan icon. If you don't have this icon on the front panel of the printer run the product update from the web services icon at top left of screen.

1. Web Services Icon

2. Settings

3. Product Updates
