error E8 M1132 MFP

I can not use scanning and photocopying in M1132 MFP, after the last scan error appears E8, please help

Sorry that you are experiencing this issue. I found a link that may assist you with this problem. Looking at this document, it seems that the printer is in a fatal state and cannot recover.

I would suggest to try to perform a hard rest on the printer. Unplug the power cord from the back. Leave it out for 30 seconds and plug it back in. Check the results and let me know.

Sorry, but it seems that the printer may be have gone out. You may need to contact HP support (1800-474-6836).

E8 error: CIS scanner. See CIS scanner-carriage

 

 

Try to check cable , Reconnecting , check for scanner path
