fax send report for XP and OfficeJet 4500 G510n-z series

Someone tried to fax a document to me. It didn't go thru, buy my all-in-one machine printed out a log saying my call was blocked. It said: For more info, see Junk Fax Report and the Caller ID Report. It also said Error 242 occurred. It also said in a note that the image in Fax Send Report is set to Off. What should I do?
