The automatic feeder takes the pages in, but only the first appears on my computer screen for me to save.

Hi

 

What file format are you selecting when making the scans from the ADF?

 

Are you scanning from the printer or software?

Only two formats offered to save with - jpeg and mdi.  I have to use jpeg as I cannot open mdi.

 

Don't quite understand your second question.  I am scanning paper documents using the printer.

 

Would be grateful for any ideas.  Many thanks.

Load your documents into the ADF - Automatic Document feeder, and then follow the document below to scan using the software from the computer.
