hp Designjet 825mfp Scanner calibration

Help!!

My hp Designjet 825mfp Scanner asked for calibration and has since been misbehaving!

Every re-boot produced a different error when I attempted a scan until the latest error (code: 02005) which is now the only error and I can't seem to get past this point - to producing a scan!

Could the software have been somehow corrupted and needs reinstallation?

 

Any comments towards progress with this issue would be truly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for any assistance forthcoming.
