hp Photosmart D110 scan error

Having same problem with my Mac OS X. May I ask: what "start" are you referring to?

I have resolved the problem..had to unistall my printer including all of the attachments they send with the disc..re-install and it strightened everything out...TKS

As my post stated, my OS is Windows7... sorry, that info does not apply to Mac sys.

SOMEONE HELP!!! I AM ABOUT TO THROW MY SCANNER OUT THE WINDOW!!!! I HAVE TRIED RESETTING THE SCANNER, ADDING IT AGAIN, REINSTALLING THE DRIVER.. AND I AM GOING CRAZY. I STILL GET THE ERROR. PLEASE HELP!!!

hi there

if you are using windows 7 go to the start menu and select windows fax ab=nd scan

if youve got a wireless printer installed

it ll get detected there then select scan document from the menu in ur pc 

worked for me lemme know if u want  a video of it

i tried it and it says scanner wasnt detected. i have the drivers installed and the wireless on idk what else to do..
