I could not print on my officejet, the printer panel just  says printing but never prints. Hard error on the computer can be found when status will be checked.

This issue could occur if the printer is offline or the drivers are not installed.

Let us know the operating system installed on your computer from the link: Windows Operating System or Mac Operating System
