Okay couple of questions here:

First, are you copying from the flatbed or the document feeder?

Second, if you try scanning to the computer, is that blank?

I have the same problem.  It happens most of the time, although sometimes it does work.  Doesn't matter if I place the paper on the glass, or use the document feeder, same result.  Unit sounds/acts like it is copying, but nothing happens.  About two or three minutes later, the unit feeds a blank piece of paper.  I am having to copy by scanning into the PC, save, then print.

I have the same problem.  My printer will scan from the computer without any problem. It prints from the computer without any problem.  When I try to copy it will sometimes copy one page and maybe part of the second.  After that the scanner light doesn't seem to move across the page and it just prints blank pages.

I have only had this printer a little over a year.  Not very pleased.
