I am having problems with my printer making copies. It prints fine from the computer but when I try to copy something it make a 4x6 copy. I've tried to reset the paper size on the copy machine but it will not take the change to letter size. It will change to 5x7 but not letter size which is all I ever use. I've checked the setting on the computer and they are set to 'letter'. I've uninstalled the hp program and reentered it with the same results.  No help from hp since my warranty is out. Appreciate any help.
