i cannot copy from the scanner to computer . i have done everything that has been suggested ..

i cannot copy from my scanner to the computer ..i have tried every suggestion that has been suggested and it still does not work .i have and hp210a copier it says it does not correspond with computer .it will do every job and command  i give it .except the one where i try to send from the scanner to computer

What operating system are you using and what is the printer model you have. The 210a is used by multiple printers ex. HP Deskjet 2000 J210a. Do you receive any errors when trying to scan to the PC? How is it connected to the computer over the network or USB?

my operating system is windows 7 and product no is cn216a ... it was working fine until i changed routers .l. put in a new router and now the scanner to printer want communicate .. every thing else on it works except  that .. i have done everything i know to do and nothing has helped

I would suggest first trying the HP Print and Scan Doctor as well as the HP Network Diagnostic tools. Let me know if it can't fix it or if it provides any further information.

At the same time does the new router have a different password and has the printer been connected. You may also want to print a network diagnostic page from the printer.

Yes i have tried those two things you suggested and it did not fix the program ... as i said everything other thing works on it ...the eprint works and so does the rest of the stuff ..just want go form the printer to the computer ..says it does not communicate  with a computer

I would also suggest trying this article. It will show you how to scan without using solution center. If it scans then there is a problem with the software installation. If it still has issues there may be something else wrong.
