i've installed my photosmart 3110 but the windows scan and fax doesn't see it (45 Views)

i've installed my photosmart 3110 but the windows scan and fax doesn't see it

im running windows 7 64 bit and although my all in one is installed and working as a printer I cant use it as a scanner because windows scan and fax cant see it

Any ideas?
