Using Windows Vista and HP C4250 . Have not had any problems until recently. Now I am unable to scan documents or photos  to my computer. Printing and copying are ok. When selecting Scan from HP Solutions Center or from button of C4250 I am unable to select the destination of scanned document. Nothing in the drop down box and cannot enter a folder manually. Selectiing scan results in an error message ' please select a destination location that will receive the scan'. I have downloaded updated drivers and basic software. I tried scanning with my laptop and experience the same problem.

Not really sure what's wrong.  Try installing this update.  It should fix the problem.  Let me know what happens.
