photosmart 7510 unable to copy but able to print

Product: HP Photsmart 7510 e-all-in-one;  Operating System: Mac OS X 10.6.8

Product emits blank page when attempting to COPY:  from glass, product scans to preview as expected, makes all the right noises--even sounds like it's printing--but spits out blank pages.  From document feeder--same 'printing' noises; also blank sheets.  

 Supply levels confirmed; product will "PRINT" both from bluetooth and desktop.  Have tried selecting 'color' and 'black'; have restarted both product and computer.  Cursing also seems not to help--can you?  Thanks!

Try scanning to the computer as there may be a problem with the scanner.
