Hi all,
I have a HP Photosmart B110 and normally use if fine however on trying to scan a document over the weekend it comes up on the comp with a message saying connect USB and try again and when trying to do it direct from the printer it says scan error use computer or refer to help page.
I dont know how this could have happened and have a document i urgently need to scan and email for work today.
Does anyone have any suggestions? I have reinstalled the driver etc.
