I'm having some problems with my scanner. Everything starts up fine, the picture scans and all. But when it finishes, I get an error message saying that "HP Photo & Imaging Gallery has encountered a problem and needs to close." Then another box saying "The instruction at 0x73dd11c7 referenced memory at 0x00000004. The memory could not be read." Funny thing is, when I go into the destination folder, the picture is there and looks perfectly fine. I'm running Windows XP (SP3) with 3.5GB of RAM and plenty of hard disk space. Has anyone encountered this problem before, and would anyone have any suggestions. Thanks.
