Hi, I looked up the manual that came with your scanner, and it appears (from what I could tell) that your software that came with your HP doesn't have the capability to create a multi-page pdf at the time of scanning.  (Anyone else please correct me if you find something different.)

 

This is not that big of a deal, though.  Just search Google for free multi page pdf and you can pick any of the freeware to use on your computer.

Try downloading Cute Writer, (free) at www.cutepdf.com.  You use your print option and it transfers it to a save as file in a pdf.   Worked for me.
