Suddenly after long use and proper operation I find that when I scan a document the background shows up aqua blue and the text is unintelligible. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers and Proscan software to no avail.
I cannot seem to login to the hp website to get help, and I'm out of ideas.
Any help appreciated.
