Hi everybody, I have tried to scan with my HP officejet j4540 and the display window reads; no scan options
I have tried to download drivers and other supporting software from HP, nothing works! at a loss, can anyone help?

I believe you press the scan button of the printer when this error appeared. Did you try to scan using the HP Solution Center?! Kindly click here on how to scan using the HP Solution Center in Windows Operating System.
In addition, you can also ran the HP Scan Diagnostic Utility to address this issue, click here to download and run this diagnostic tool.
