Hello,

I need help in setting up my fax on my printer. I do not have a landline. Is it possible to set up the fax on this printer with my cell phone?

No, you can't set up FAX on a cell phone.

The only thing that is close is efax like service over the network, which you need a computer or smart phone.

How do I set up fax to go through my computer OS X EL Capitan  10.11.6 or my apple smartphone 6? Thank you for replying to my post.

You need a telephone line for fax to work.

May be you are referring to the type of apps that do "scan to fax", then you are using the AiO as a scanner, not the fax function and you don't need to set up the fax.
