I recently upgraded my old Toshiba laptop to a HP Pavilion DV7. I can't get the printer I had (the C309g) to allow me to scan from it. After spending almost 3 hours with Best Buy support, their conclusion is the C309g was programmed to work with Windows XP and "goes nuts" if you try to use it with a Windows 7 setup.
Is this true??? Could it be possible to have two HP products that don't work with each other?

Hi rmattson325,
Please download and run the (SDU) from the link below. Let me know what errors you receive?

Had to uninstall and reinstall all the drivers - but that seems to be working. Haven't tried the wireless feature, but so far it works with the USB connected. Thanks!
