when I scan or print, I get a solid black page

Hello,

I have an Envy 100 D410 CN517A with an iMac, running OS X Lion.

A couple of weeks ago the scanning and copy functions stopped working.  anything scanned or copied produces a page that is solid black (yes, with previously white paper.)  lots of ink used and not what I wanted.

Any help?

Adobe is installed and no further updates are available for it.

Hi

 

If that happens with scanning and copying from the display of the printer, its likely a defect in the scanner, so call your Local HP support.
