That sucker dont work with rental bluerays anymore! It says "check for updates" and it doesnt matter do you klick "yes" or "no" it still dont work. Anyone any advise??

I installed windows 7 on my pavilion entertainment pc dv6-1135el and most of the software cannot be restored. my mediasmart as well . how do I restore because programmes are there in the restore location. I try to restore them but they do not run
