Coolsense problem

I have not been able to start my coolsense program for two days now. It does not show any errors but it just doesn,t start. What can I do to make my coolsense settings.... ???

OK I don't know why are you ignoring my problem, but PLEASE tell me in which pack can I find HP thermal assistant / HP coolsense ...![]()

Sorry for my attitude. Notebook 's model is dv6-6007tx and its product number is LQ395PA#AB5.It is bought from Hong Kong, I think. I can see Coolsense like an icon in the Troubleshoot/Power, Thermal and Mechanical section but it does not start.

How do I reinstall the hp coolsense back on my computer. tried to download without any success.
