Graphics Card Problem

hey guys,

am new to this forum...here is my problem: i own a HP Pavilion g6-1117tx Notebook PC with a Windows 7 64-bit OS installed in it...when i bought it they told me tht it has a ATI Radeon Graphics Card....but then when i used certain sites to test my graphics card it said tht i have an Intel HD Graphics Card.....the system information says this:

pls help...wat graphics card do i really have and wat shud i do if i have intel hd graphics card???
